  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, Agile, PMP, Six Sigma) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach.

What we offer

  • Salary £40,497 – £46,735 (appointments typically at the lower end for new starters).
  • Hybrid working model (Cardiff-based, with a mix of remote and on-site working).
  • An inclusive, collaborative environment where your contribution is valued.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career growth.

We are committed to building a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Applications are welcomed from people of all backgrounds and communities.
