Pro4orm People Ltd are partnering with a dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Bedfordshire. We are looking for a self – motivated Project Manager who has a broad understanding and knowledge of regulatory affairs, quality management, pharmaceutical technology, manufacturing and GMP.

This role will be leading various projects based around new and existing products and requires an individual who has strong negotiation skills, the ability to connect with and influence others.

This role is based in Luton and you will be required to work onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning and management, defining project plan, objectives, scope, budget and detailed timelines.
• Budget and resource management, prepare financial forecasts, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to keep projects on budget and completed within approved time limits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, QA/QC) at all levels across all offices of the company. Regulatory compliance, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant regulations, such as MHRA, EMA, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Risk management, identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Adjust plans, Improvise and find ways to do things with the self-driven approach.
• Product development & launch, oversee the entire project/product lifecycle, from research and development to manufacturing and market launch (Idea inception, Pre-clinicals to Commercial launch)

Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences/ pharma/ chemistry/ engineering/ project management/ business/marketing.
• Experience in the Pharma industry is a must preferably in generic pharma companies.
• Prior experience in sourcing & vendor management (desirable), external stakeholder communications (must).
• High level of project management methodology skills, including data analysis.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
