Project Manager | D&B Workplace Fit Out | £80,000 to £110,000 + Package | Central London

We're a growing and ambitious London-based D&B fit out main contractor specialising in high profile workplace fit out, and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to join us at an exciting point in our journey.

We deliver high-quality, design-led office spaces for clients across a range of industries – and as our project pipeline grows, we’re looking for someone who’s hungry, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover. This is a role for someone who wants to make a genuine impact, not just tick boxes. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, energetic team where your input matters, your ideas are heard, and your career can grow quickly as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking the lead on multiple projects, often running in parallel
• Involvement from pre-construction, including programming, procurement and contractor appointments
• Managing project delivery through to completion and handover
• Overseeing commercials, including budgets, valuations, cost control and reporting
• Leading coordination with design, site teams, subcontractors and clients
• Regular site visits and hands-on project leadership
• Ensuring health & safety, quality and programme targets are met

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with a solid grounding in D&B fit out – but more importantly, someone with the ambition and attitude to grow with us.

You’ll need:

• Experience delivering workplace fit out projects in a D&B main contractor setting
• Confidence running multiple projects and juggling moving parts
• A good understanding of project commercials and cost tracking
• Strong communication and leadership skills – both on-site and with clients
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – someone who gets things done
