This Boutique Interior Design Studio known for creating beautiful high-end / super-prime interiors for residential projects in London, is urgently seeking a Technical Interior CAD Technician with strong AutoCAD skills to deliver technical drawing packages and details RIBA 3-5, Joinery and more on a short contract to work on high-end listed building residential works.

Embracing hybrid working flexibility, this studio is working with high-net-worth clients operating in a relaxed and collaborative environment on a wide portfolio of high-end / super-prime residential projects.

The successful Technical Interior CAD Technician will have proven experience of working on previous high-end residential projects producing technical interior construction packages and details in AutoCAD RIBA 3-5.

Hybrid working will be from their West London Studio, usually 2 days from home and 3 days working 37.5-40 hours per week.

Technical Interior CAD Technicians applying will be needed for around 2 months or longer starting at the beginning of October, and therefore immediate availability or very short notice will be required.
