My client in the South East is looking to for a Project Manager to lead on Fire Safety works from Fire Door installation to remediation works.

Location: South East of England

Rate: Negotiable DOE

Contract: 3-months

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Fire Door Installation and Remediation works
• Passive Fire Stopping.
• Maintaining the Golden thread within high risk residential blocks.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• CIOB or equivalent qualifications
• Local Government experience
• Previous Project management and Fire/Building Safety experience.
