Role: Construction Manager

Project: High-End Residential Fit-Outs

Location: East London

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Rate: DOE

Contract Length: 6 months initially (with potential to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

We’re working with a leading Design & Build contractor in London who are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site delivery of high-spec residential fit-out projects across East and Central London.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of prestigious residential schemes within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Previous work with Design & Build contractors or high-end residential developers
• Strong on subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and programme management
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance on live sites
• Comfortable liaising with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
• Experience working in occupied properties or prime residential environments is a plus
• Certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are preferred
