Project Manager – Life Sciences

Location: Portsmouth, UK (On-Site)

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

A global life sciences organisation is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects within automation & digital solutions. This role offers the chance to deliver impactful programs in a highly innovative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across global sites
• Oversee project integration and stakeholder management
• Deliver clear reporting, reviews, and approvals
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery

Key Skills/Experience:

• 2–5 years project management experience (biotech, life sciences, or engineering)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of lifecycle processes & project methodologies
• PMP, cGMP, GxP knowledge beneficial
