Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure clear project scope
• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and suppliers to gather pricing and validate proposals
• Identifying risks, cost-saving opportunities, and innovative solutions
• Supporting the tendering process and contributing to overall project strategy

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within construction, contracting, or building services
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
