Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of projects within our business stream. Within this role you’ll be the primary customer contact, playing a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery and in-service support.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers and develop and maintain strong relationships and ensuring that requirements are met.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, motivating and mentoring them towards shared goals.
• Monitor performance, budgets and schedules, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Provide accurate and regular project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure resources, tools and facilities are in place for successful delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles.
• Degree in Business or Engineering is desirable.
• APM (or equivalent) qualification is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
• Experience with project management tools and ERP systems (IFS experience desirable).
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Good knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• A technical understanding of working on Engineering or Manufacturing related projects.
