Architect – Large-Scale Mixed-Use Projects

We are recruiting for a talented Architect to join a leading international architecture practice, contributing to the delivery of ambitious, large-scale mixed-use developments across the London & UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise, advanced Revit skills, and a passion for creating high-quality architecture at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver projects through RIBA Stages 3–5, ensuring design integrity through to construction.
• Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals, tender, and construction.
• Produce accurate schedules of materials and finishes to support project delivery.
• Work extensively within Revit and BIM workflows, including Uniclass classifications, from conceptual massing through to technical documentation.
• Coordinate closely with MEP and structural consultants, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines.
• Liaise with clients, presenting and communicating design proposals with clarity and confidence.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Systems, Regulations, and construction standards.

Key Skills & Experience

• Qualified Architect with strong technical and design capabilities.
• Advanced Revit skills, with proven experience on complex projects.
• Previous experience working on large-scale mixed-use projects, including retail, office, and residential.
• Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple consultants and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction methods and regulatory frameworks.
