Synapri are working with an established online training provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a brand-new E-Learning platform for UK charity organisations.


The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project’s success by managing milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing delivery through a third-party consultancy and internal engineering team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) built on SharePoint.
  • Act as the bridge between the third-party supplier, the internal transformation team, and wider stakeholders.
  • Define, review, and manage project milestones and timelines.
  • Ensure successful end to end delivery against scope, budget, and agreed outcomes.
  • Identify stakeholder needs, translating into technical requirements, and ensure solution aligns with existing digital infrastructure.


Ideal experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in E-Learning, IT or digital transformations.
  • Background in Learning Management Systems or SharePoint knowledge management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexibility to attend London-based sessions when required.


Whilst this role is remote, this position will require 1-2 days onsite in London per quarter and in addition, the successful applicant should be commutable to office for project milestones (including configuration/testing days etc.)
