• Transformation Project Manager – Wealth & Investment Management
• Location: UK-wide with occasional travel
• Fixed Term Contract

Fidarsi is working with a leading, AIM-listed integrated wealth and investment management group with an international presence and a strong track record of growth. The business is undergoing a significant period of transformation following a recent merger.

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving forward a company-wide change agenda and ensuring integration success across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple transformation initiatives within a fast-evolving merger environment.
• Implement robust project and change management frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between senior leadership, business functions, and external advisors.
• Deliver clear and insightful executive-level reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
• Define and oversee project scopes, budgets, governance, and delivery plans across several workstreams.
• Provide post-implementation support to embed change and realise long-term benefits.
• Analyse operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong Management Information (MI) and performance dashboards to track progress.
• Contribute to a harmonised Project Delivery Framework to standardise change delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within wealth management, investment management, or financial services.
• Strong background in M&A integration or large-scale organisational change.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a hands-on delivery approach.
• Comfortable working within matrix management structures and under pressure.
