Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for your next career move? My client are a fast-growing developer based in Kent, and are seeking a talented and proactive Planner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of residential and mixed-use development projects.

Location: Kent (flexible hybrid working)

Title: Town Planner

Salary: £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Working Model: Hybrid

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

Our client is looking for someone who has an RTPI and/or RICS qualified. Who has at least 2 years experience in the private or public sector. Experience in residential/mixed-use development.
