About the job

Description

We currently have several new opportunities for a Site Manager to plan and oversee the installation of our timber rainscreen/ cladding systems on projects across the UK.


Main Duties

· Manage deliveries into site

· Coordinating and supervising team of installers

· Liaise with clients onsite

· Quality checks

· Prepare wages and site reports

· Perform safety inspections and ensure Health & Safety procedures are being followed

Requirements:

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Good knowledge of building methods and regulations, experience of rainscreen cladding ideal

· Relevant CSCS card

· Able to work away when required


Compensation

Salary to be agreed dependant on experience plus travel expenses

Job Type: Freelance or permanent

Hours: 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday

Dress code: smart casual
