Project Manager – SW, London

£50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

A high-end property developer and design consultancy in SW London is looking for a Project Manager to deliver some of the city’s most exclusive residential projects. You’ll take full ownership of ultra-prime schemes (typically £5m+) across Central London and the Home Counties, from early feasibility and design coordination through to contract administration and handover.

️ Your Role

• Deliver ultra-prime residential projects (£5m+) from feasibility to handover
• Lead design coordination and ensure alignment with client brief and budgets
• Oversee technical delivery, procurement and contractor management
• Administer JCT contracts and liaise with clients, consultants and design teams.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Proven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential projects
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts & procurement
• Confident in managing projects through all stages
• Proficient in MS Project & Excel (Procore/Conject a bonus)
• Chartered (MCIOB/MAPM) desirable.
