Project Manager - Main Contractor - South Cambridge

Future Build have recently started working on a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to take the lead on a flagship project offering the potential of equity on completion.

The Project:

100 unit residential scheme made up of 2 blocks of flats and 30 houses

Traditional Build with Concrete slabs

Housing Association client

£25 million build cost

The role:

No.1 on site with complete responsibility for delivery, reporting to a Construction Director. Leading a team of 2 managers and finishing foreman as the project progresses. Health and Safety, quality and driving program will be key.
