THE HEADLINES:

Title: Town Planner & Senior Town Planner

Experience required: 1+ years

Salary: £34,000 - £42,000

Location: Central Birmingham

Type of Company: Real Estate Advisory

Hybrid working: Yes, 3 days in the office.

Their planning team are market-leading and commercially focused specialist, who work collaboratively across the nation. They are looking to grow their team, as they are working on a wide range of retail, leisure, urban regeneration, and commercial projects - some I am sure you are aware of. You would also gain great exposure across other divisions such as economics, development, investment etc.

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our client is looking for someone who has an RTPI and/or RICS qualified. Who has at least 1 years experience in private sector. Chartered MRTPI is preferred but not necessary. If you are passionate, ambitious and ready for a new challenge, then do not hesitate to apply!
