Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator Castleford

Basic Salary: £45,000 + Bonus (OTE £55,000+)
Hours: Monday Friday (No Weekends!)

We are working with a highly reputable and well-established bodyshop in Castleford, who are looking to add an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator to their successful team.

• £45,000 basic salary

• Realistic OTE £55,000+ with bonus scheme

• Monday to Friday working hours no weekends!

• Work with a trusted, long-standing, and professional bodyshop

• Excellent facilities, modern equipment, and supportive team culture

• Accurately assess damaged vehicles and create repair estimates using the latest systems (e.g., Audatex).

• Liaise with customers, insurers, and the workshop team to ensure smooth repair processes.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

• Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient workflow and maximum customer satisfaction.

• Experienced VDA / Vehicle Estimator within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

• Fully up to date with Audatex (ATA accreditation desirable but not essential).

• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair methods.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Organised, accurate, and able to work to deadlines.

Location: Castleford easily commutable from Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract, and surrounding West Yorkshire areas.
