Are you a detail-driven estimator with expertise in electrical projects?
Were looking for an experienced professional to join our team, playing a key role in securing and delivering projects ranging from £100k to £10m. From minor works to complex tenders, youll ensure accuracy, compliance, and commercial success every step of the way.

• Autonomy to manage estimates while collaborating with the Operations Manager, supply chain, and clients

• Prepare accurate estimates for electrical works and tenders (£100k£2m)

• Calculate material, labour, and plant requirements

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Produce detailed scopes of work, cost breakdowns, and risk assessments

• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

• Maintain accurate tender records from submission through to award

• Support smooth handovers to project teams and operations

• Conduct site surveys and attend client meetings to support bid success

• Proven track record in electrical estimating (projects £100k£2m)

• Strong understanding of electrical installation regulations

• Commercial awareness with the ability to optimise value while maintaining quality

• Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

• Ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members

• Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
