Known for their groundbreaking approach to design, complex urban projects, and a deep commitment to sustainability, this studio is now seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join their team on a contract basis. The role will focus on translating early-stage design intent into robust, buildable technical information as the project accelerates toward detailed design. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for an architect with strong Revit skills and a deep understanding of technical detailing and coordination on complex, large-scale projects. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative project team, supported by a studio-wide technical group, and will be expected to work confidently within Revit, navigating both schematic and technical workflows.

Job Description

• Work closely with the design team to evolve the project from competition and schematic stages into fully coordinated technical design
• Produce detailed design information in Revit with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to buildability
• Contribute to the development of complex geometries into rationalised, coordinated packages
• Ensure that technical detailing meets the highest standards and aligns with both the studio’s design vision and project-specific performance requirements

Key Skills

• Qualified Architect ?or equivalent, experienced ideally in technically demanding projects
• Proven experience delivering large-scale or infrastructure projects from concept to technical design stages
• Deep technical knowledge and excellent detailing ability
• Revit fluency is essential — this is a highly production-focused role
• Comfortable working within large teams and fast-moving project environments
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
