Arden White is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our clients Digital, Technology & Analytics (DT&A) team on a 6 month fixed term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects that will shape the future of our business by deprecating legacy systems, onboarding new business, and supporting the evolution of our core platforms.

As Project Manager, you’ll work closely with development, infrastructure, QA, and product teams to deliver on critical initiatives. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, identifying risks, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in IT/software project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively at all levels, and can balance multiple priorities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks, and financials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Support project planning and prioritisation within the DT&A team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in a project management role, with a proven record of managing complex software projects.
• Degree in Management or IT/Systems-related discipline (preferred).
• Knowledge of infrastructure networking topology and development lifecycles.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (advantageous).
• Aviation supply chain experience (beneficial but not essential).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
• Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
