Description

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects-from pre-construction planning through to handover. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that every project meets safety, quality, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Report regularly to senior management and clients

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirable.
• Due to the nature of the role, security clearance will be required.
