Project Manager

DigX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our enterprise integration and transformation programs. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects including ERP modernisation, payroll enhancements, and enterprise reporting. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will drive delivery excellence and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your Mission

• Lead Project Delivery: You will manage the full project lifecycle across multiple workstreams and ensure scope, timelines, and quality standards. You will also coordinate complex integration projects.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: You will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. You will build relationships with senior leadership and present progress to executive stakeholders.
• Oversee Governance & Risk: You will maintain RAID logs and identify and mitigate risks. You will also implement governance frameworks.
• Coordinate Resources: You will align internal and external resources, manage schedules and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide Technical Support: You will support implementation activities and facilitate Azure DevOps and CICD/CD. You will also support Dynamics 365 integrations and oversee data-driven reporting deployments.

What We're Looking For

• Project Leadership: Proven experience in IT project management within a consultancy or enterprise setting. You must have a track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with major ERP systems, including Dynamics 365 and Workday, and an understanding of integration patterns and cloud platforms.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience engaging with senior and C-level executives. You must have experience with data migration and transformation.
• A background in digital transformation or familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack.
• Methodology & Tools: Proficiency in project management methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project is essential.
