Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and drive excellence across our projects.

About the Role:

As a Construction Manager, you’ll be a key figure in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction activities. You’ll manage site teams, oversee safety systems, coordinate resources, and mentor apprentices, all while maintaining a tidy, well-run site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site teams and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Monitor progress, quality, and workforce performance.
• Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment deliveries.
• Resolve site issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Line Management Duties:

• Manage and mentor supervisory staff.
• Conduct appraisals and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan workforce schedules and manage absences.

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 5 or 6, SMSTS, PASMA, MEWPS for Managers.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory construction role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and technical problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
