The Role

• Hybrid working – ORB office is located next to Old Street Station, London.
• As Project Manager at ORB Innovations, you’ll lead cross-functional hardware and software projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, risk, and resources across teams in London and California. Your work will be essential to ensuring our health and performance technologies launch on time, to spec and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams across London and California, optimizing resource allocation and task management.
• Identifies risks, manages scope and schedule changes and ensures transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leads project reporting and performance tracking, including milestones, metrics, and issue resolution.
• Mentors junior staff, promotes best practices and continuously improves project management processes across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who has

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience, emphasis on consumer hardware product development, particularly in wearables and/or medical technology.
• PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
• Passion for performance and wellness technology.
