Project Manager – London Office – Middle Eastern Projects

£65,000 - £75,000 I Permanent I Revit, Deltek Vision, NewForma

We’re partnered with a leading architecture practice to find a Project Manager with proven Middle East experience to take ownership of high-profile, complex projects in the region.

If you’ve trained as an architect and moved into project management, that’s a strength, but this cannot be your first PM role. We need someone who’s already led projects, managed demanding clients, and delivered results.

This role blends leadership, management, and client interface responsibilities, offering the chance to lead high-profile architectural projects from concept through to delivery around the World.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead multiple teams, define scope, budgets, and schedules, manage contracts, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Project Delivery: Plan and oversee all phases from design through construction, managing risks, resources, and timelines to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Client Management: Act as the primary contact, building strong relationships, leading presentations, and ensuring client needs are met at every stage.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities, strengthen client accounts, and support marketing and proposal efforts.
• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and guide staff, supporting recruitment, training, and performance growth.

Requirements

• Prior Project Management experience with delivered projects (this is not an entry point into PM).
• ARB Accreditation Advantageous
• Solid track record of working on projects in the Middle East.
• Strong architectural and technical grounding with the ability to translate design into delivery.
• Skilled across project lifecycles: scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit required; Deltek Vision/NewForma a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills; comfortable in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
