Fit Out Site Manager – North London

Residential Developer | RC Frame Development | Up to £65k + Package

Our client, a leading name in residential development, is seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join their team on a large RC frame residential project in North London.

This role will focus on managing the internal fit-out of residential units, overseeing the process from 1st and 2nd fix stages through to final finishes, snagging, and handover.

You will play a key role in ensuring quality, programme compliance, and health & safety standards throughout the fit-out phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of internal fit-out from 1st fix to completion
• Lead and attend regular site and progress meetings with subcontractors
• Report on progress and site updates to senior management
• Ensure works are completed in line with the build programme
• Maintain strict health & safety and quality control standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Manager on large-scale residential developments
• Background working directly for a main contractor or developer
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
