Site Manager required for a large secondary school in the West Midlands

WeDoData has recently partnered with an 11-18 mixed secondary school and sixth form with academy status in the West Midlands that is looking to take on a Site Manager to lead their team of caretakers.

The school is part of a major educational multi-academy trust, which is recognised for its ambitious leadership and governance, robust business management, and outstanding professional development.

It's a great opportunity to join a highly regarded grade II school (Ofsted 2023).

To be eligible, you MUST have

• Previous experience as a school Caretaker/Site Manager
• Good general maintenance skills
• Very good knowledge of compliance and health & safety in school setup
• Previous experience managing a team

Due to the short timing, the ideal candidate will be on the DBS update services.

In return, my client can offer:

• A salary around £17-£18 per hour
