Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Scotland

Salary: up to £65,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing MedTech business based in Scotland. This is a pivotal time to join the team as they bring their groundbreaking technology to market. You’ll lead the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialisation, steering multidisciplinary teams and guiding regulatory pathways to deliver.

The Role:

• Lead medical device projects from concept through to launch
• Oversee design controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate transfer to manufacturing and ensure production readiness
• Manage project plans, budgets, and act as the key contact for stakeholders

The Candidate:

• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar field
• 5+ years’ experience managing medical device projects
• Solid knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and FDA regulations
• Strong track record in design controls, risk management, and scaling to manufacture

The Package:

Base salary: up to £65,000
