Project Manager - Fixed-Term Contract

We’re exclusively partnered with a purpose-led company in the sustainable textile industry that’s looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join their growing team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive forward impactful, innovative projects that contribute to a more sustainable future. The role can be offered on either a 6- or 12-month contract, with potential for a permanent position.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning and coordinating project delivery across departments, from design to manufacturing and beyond. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timelines, resources, and expectations are aligned at every stage. This is a varied and collaborative role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects
• Lead regular project check-ins, status updates, and progress reporting
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and suppliers
• Flag and resolve any project risks, delays, or dependencies
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support post-project evaluation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing projects, ideally in textiles, fashion, sustainability, or physical product development
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Able to work onsite in Central London at least 4 days per week
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Trello) is a plus

Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: 6 or 12 months to start, with potential for permanent
