Job Title: Senior Surveyor MRICS (Commercial & Residential Valuations)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Partnership Potential
Location: Barking or Dorking (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)

As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out mixed-use property valuations across both commercial and residential sectors. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop into a senior leadership position within the firm. You will work closely with directors, providing expert valuations, advice, and support to a diverse client base.

• Undertake commercial and residential property valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.

• Provide professional advice to clients on property values, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Work across a mixed portfolio, including investment properties, development opportunities, and residential schemes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Collaborate with directors on strategic projects and business growth opportunities.

• Contribute to the ongoing success of the valuation team and wider business.

• MRICS-qualified Surveyor with proven experience in commercial and residential property valuations.

• Strong understanding of valuation methodology, RICS standards, and market trends.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a commercial mindset.

• Ability to manage a varied portfolio with accuracy and efficiency.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to grow within the firm and progress to partnership.

• Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
