The rate is £19.20ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work hybrid combining elements of surveying, quantity surveying, and estimating. They will provide technical expertise across building maintenance, project planning, and cost management, supporting both operational delivery and strategic asset planning and will deliver technical expertise in building maintenance and surveying, including preparing specifications, supervising works, and contributing to the Asset Management Plan.
