Architect – London & Athens ️

Fitzrovia, London | £45K–£47K + bonus | Regular travel to Athens | In-house role

A unique opportunity to join a luxury real estate company as their first in-house Architect, working across high-end developments in London and along the Athenian coast.

You’ll be leading projects directly with the MD from day one, covering both architecture and interiors — and helping shape the design direction of a growing business. Monthly travel to Athens (4–5 days) is required, with accommodation covered.

About You

✔ 3+ years post-qualification experience

✔ Strong portfolio of high-end residential projects

✔ Confident running jobs from concept to delivery

✔ Excellent communication and client-facing skills

✔ Comfortable with regular travel (Athens-based projects)

✔ Creative, driven, and keen to influence design direction

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading London & Athens-based luxury residential projects

• Developing concepts closely with the MD

• Managing day-to-day design delivery

• Overseeing both architecture and interiors

• Site visits, coordination, and client liaison

• Helping shape a new internal design function

What You’ll Get

£45,000 – £47,000

Performance-related bonus
