About the Role

Join an innovative real estate technology firm transforming the industry with a Microsoft‑based, fully integrated real estate platform. As a Project Manager, you'll lead implementations that unify core property workflows—such as leasing, finance, and tenant engagement—within Dynamics 365 F&O. You'll ensure projects deliver seamless data convergence, operational agility, and superior tenant and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, tailored for real‑estate functions like property and asset management, billing, lease admin, facilities, and tenant engagement.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communications—ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business leads, and Microsoft partners/integrators to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Drive workshops, gather requirements, and manage change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead UAT, trainings, go‑live, and post‑implementation support tailored to real‑estate operations.
• Facilitate data integration, governance, and migration strategies for complex property structures and hierarchies.
• Leverage Power Platform tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Portals) to elevate user insights, self‑service capability, and automation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record managing D365 F&O implementations.
• Deep understanding of real estate workflows: leasing, facilities, billing, tenant services, and financial structures.
• Strong project management credentials—PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and vendor ecosystems.
• Solid grasp of data governance, migration challenges, and master data consolidation in multi-entity portfolios.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience within the real estate or property management space.
• Experience with implementing embedded, Microsoft-native real estate modules—especially in Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with tenant engagement solutions, IoT-enabled facilities management, and Power Platform integrations.
• Background in change and adoption management within conservative industries like real estate.
