Architect / Technologist – £40K–£55K

East Grinstead, West Sussex | Permanent | Hybrid

Lead with purpose on life-changing residential adaptation projects. This is your chance to head up a growing team delivering bespoke homes for individuals recovering from injury or trauma. It’s a role where technical skill and empathy go hand in hand.

• Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

• Flexibility: 4 days in office, 1 remote (Tuesday or Wednesday)

• Hours: 7.5hr day, core hours 10–4

Your Role ️

• Lead a small team delivering ~10 residential projects a year

• Oversee technical stages (3–6) and contract admin (JCT)

• Liaise closely with clients, families & legal teams

• Projects include hydrotherapy pools, carer suites & access adaptations

What You’ll Need ✅

• Strong technical & delivery skills (Stage 5)

• Experience with JCT contracts

• Proficient in Revit

• Empathy, patience, and confidence working with vulnerable clients.
