Architect – £45K–£47K + Bonus

Athens & London | Permanent | Office-based with travel

An exciting new opportunity to join a high-end real estate and development company with luxury projects in Athens and London . This is your chance to become the first in-house Architect, working directly with the company’s leadership and shaping a growing design function from the ground up.

You'll play a hands-on role delivering properties located on the Athenian coastline and across some of London’s most exclusive postcodes.

• Location: Office-based with regular travel (approx. 4–5 days/month)

Your Role

• Deliver projects from concept to completion

• Work directly with the MD on design and interiors

• Lead live projects across Athens and London

• Build a small internal team over time

• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams

What You’ll Need

• 3–4 years' post-Part 3 experience

• Confident running projects solo

• A strong portfolio of high-end residential work

• Comfortable working across design and delivery

• A passion for unique, considered design

• Willing to travel monthly to Athens (accommodation provided)
