Site Manager | £50,000 - £60,000 | M4 Corridor / West London | Main Contractor (Social Housing – Planned works & refurbishment) | Permanent

This one’s for the site managers who still believe in doing things the right way; not just chasing the next big shiny commercial project, but managing real schemes that make a genuine difference to families relying on quality work to be delivered.

We are working with a long-established main contractor that specialises in social housing – planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across the West London and M4 corridor. Think kitchens, bathrooms, external upgrades, fire safety works – the kind of projects where quality, coordination tenant interaction matter just as much as the old progress charts.

We need an experience Site Manager who is comfortable leading these kinds of projects – ideally someone who has already delivered internal refurbishments or decent-homes style works.You will need to be a proven operator – someone who knows how to keep things moving on site, how to manage trades and logistics and how to work with resident liaison teams to make the process as seamless as possible for everyone else.

You will be supported by a strong team, but you’ll be trusted to lead – to set the tone on site, keep quality high, and handle the day-to-day with confidence.

What you will need:

• Experience managing social housing or public sector refurb projects
• A calm, organised presence on site – someone who gets things done without shouting
• A decent handle on H&S, programme, subcontractors, and day-to-day logistics
• The ability to deal respectfully with residents and clients, even when the pressure’s on
