Residential Surveyor / Senior Surveyor:

Location: Patches available in Essex, East London, Hertfordshire or Suffolk - this will depend on your location

Package: Base Salary of £45,000 - £65,000 (Flexible Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Hybrid: Minimal Office Time Required

They’re now looking for a residential surveyor to join their team — someone independent and committed to quality over quantity.

Portfolio: (Experience in all areas not all required, this is to give you an idea of what you could get involved in.)

• Red Book valuations – including panel work for lenders
• Level 2 Homebuyer Reports
• Level 3 Building Surveys
• Defect analysis
• Insurance valuations
• Specialist valuations (charity, divorce, dispute)
• Historic buildings and complex properties
• Dilapidations
• Condition Surveys
• Snagging (New Build)
