We’re now looking for an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of multiple projects at once, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and customer expectations to ensure every launch is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. You’ll act as the glue between internal teams and external partners, ensuring flawless execution from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously through the entire life cycle from conception to delivery
• Ensure each project is completed on time and within budget and to specification
• Create and manage timelines ensuring key deliverables are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
• Perform project risks analysis, identify and implement solutions
• Complete costing sheets and negotiate prices with factories and customers
• Compile filling/assembly specifications and arrange filling trials
• Coordinate artwork
• Work collaboratively with multiple functions within the business: Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Formulation, Design & Engineering
• Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings and visits

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in a similar role within cosmetics, personal care, or health & beauty manufacturing
• Strong understanding of full-service product development, from design through delivery
• Client-facing experience and strong commercial instincts
• Skilled at managing multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident negotiator and problem solver with a hands-on attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project
• Degree educated or equivalent
