Job Title: Project Manager, New Business

Location: Lincolnshire, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: Highly Competitive, including site bonus scheme.

Full time, Permanent.

This position is responsible for project managing all projects that are New Business Opportunities (NBO’s) across all of ProAmpac European Sites.

The Role will report into the Business Development Director for Europe.

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Work across all divisions of ProAmpac Europe on all New Projects and Opportunities
• Develop a robust process/flow map for New Business Opportunities (NBO’s)
• Manage the whole process from an NBO / Tender/ Opportunity being received to a scoping meeting, feasibility study, cutter guides, artwork, printing, laminating, slitting, converting to trial to commercialization of project
• Review, create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manages day to day operational aspects of an assigned project and scope. Research information related to project scope.
• Work with internal and external parties to organize projects.
• Ensure successful implementation of all project activities through creation and management of project work plans that adhere to project standards.
• Ensure relevant tasks and responsibilities are assigned, providing guidance, and reviewing and finalizing all deliverables and reports.
• Hold weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure on projects are on track at each site
• Report Monthly to European Leadership Team on status of projects at each site
• Travel between sites and across Europe will be required
• Travel to the US maybe also be required on occassions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least five (5) years of relevant experience
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge, including knowledge of techniques and tools
• Experience as a project manager, in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Solid working knowledge of related manufacturing processes, tools, techniques, continuous improvement
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
