Project Manager – Networks Data Platform

Location: Flexible (Key sites include Belfast, Birmingham, London, or Adastral Park)

Contract: 3 months - 6 Months initially (potential to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Project

A major transformation initiative is underway to build a new data infrastructure within the Network Cloud. This includes compute, storage, and a data fabric that supports all areas of network operations — from broadband and mobile to security and access networks.

The project is currently in the build phase but is facing challenges and is marked as "tracking RED", indicating it is off track and needs intervention.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to help bring the project back on track. Over the next 3 months, the PM will:

• Establish a consistent Way of Working across teams
• Replan the delivery roadmap and align key milestones
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners
• Manage multiple dependencies and ensure smooth progress
• Prepare for a seamless handover to a permanent Programme Manager

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing mixed delivery teams (internal staff and vendors)
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
