About the Client

Our client is a well-established supplier within the building products sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for residential and commercial customers. They pride themselves on providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Analyse construction drawings to determine customer requirements for doors and related products
• Prepare and submit timely and competitive quotations to customers
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s full range of products and services to accurately recommend solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure products meet relevant regulations, such as fire ratings
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and proactively follow up with the sales team on submitted quotes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry
• Confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of doors, door sets, and relevant regulations is desirable
