Project Manager (Bricklane)

London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Bricklane are on a mission to raise the standard of rented homes across the UK. They’re growing fast and they need a delivery-focused Project Manager to help this established business scale with purpose.

Bricklane are reshaping how rental homes are owned, maintained, and improved in the UK. With a national portfolio and a modern, tech-enabled approach, they’re scaling quickly. They’re now hiring a Project Manager to join their Capital Programmes team and help accelerate the next phase of growth.

What you’ll be doing as Project Manager:

As the new Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of residential refurbishment and retrofit projects across the Bricklane portfolio.

• Manage portfolio of concurrent projects
• Coordinate residential refurbishments and EPC upgrades
• Build cost plans, manage contractors, and track delivery performance
• Support the acquisitions team with capex insight
• Primarily London based with occasional site visits across UK (no overnight stays)

You’ll be empowered to act fast, solve problems, and help shape Bricklane’s approach to capital works delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in residential refurbishment
• Strong cost and contractor management skills
• Proven experience running residential property improvement / construction projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident using Excel / Google Sheets for cost tracking and reporting
• Proactive, delivery-minded, and comfortable working at pace
