Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a well-established performance contracting business delivering complex cleanroom projects across the UK. We're looking for someone with a strong M&E background and proven experience in cleanroom design & build.

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical sector
• M&E bias with solid architectural knowledge (cleanroom environments)
• Proven experience delivering cleanroom turnkey solutions (D&B)
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations in the role of Principal Contractor
• Contractor background only (not client or consultancy side)
• Willing and able to travel throughout the UK as projects require
• Comfortable working from the North West offices when needed,

The role offers a salary in the region of £70k - 75k plus package (negotiable based on experience), and we're looking to mobilize the right person within the next 4 to 6 weeks.
