Role;: Project Manager

Salary: £80k-£90k

Location: London

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's global Program Management and Change team, driving delivery of strategic, non-technical business initiatives across functions like operations, HR, finance, and transformation. This is a high-impact role focused on managing complex change from inception to adoption, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution, across enterprise functions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Change Managers to align requirements and ensure adoption.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive updates.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify process improvements and implement PMO best practices.

Experience & Skills Required

• 5+ years of project management experience within professional services, consultancy, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to lead strategic, business-focused projects with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Asana.
• Certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM are advantageous.
