Calling all Project Managers with a background in transformation and regulatory delivery!

We're currently supporting a public sector organisation in the North West with the appointment of a Regulatory Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s operated at a Project Manager level and is ready to step into broader programme oversight—or for a Senior Coordinator/Junior PM who’s happy to get hands-on across delivery, governance, and planning.

Salary: Up to £54,000 + £2,000 market supplement

Security Clearance: SC level required (or willingness to undergo)

Location(s): Liverpool or London - Will be required to travel in the office at least once a week, potentially more dependent on workloads/requirements.

What we're looking for:

✔️ Previous and demonstrable experience working on regulatory projects/programmes, whether this is supporting or leading

✔️ Strong knowledge and understanding of change management, specifically within regulatory change

✔️ Experience working in central gov, or complex public sector environments

✔️ Solid PPM knowledge (PRINCE2, APM, MSP etc.) - Certification highly desirable
