As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to hire an Architect

Responsibilities for this role include, but may not be limited to:

• Comprehend and develop design projects
• Prepare and refine drawings, models, and images
• Coordinate with internal design teams and external organisations
• Take responsibility for specific design areas as directed
• Maintain evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and an annual Personal Development Plan (PDP)
• Adhere to company procedures and standards
• Assist in other tasks as required

• Legal eligibility to work in the country of the position
• Strong design decision-making and presentation skills
• Proficiency in various media for design development and documentation
• Initiative and responsiveness to direction
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of the architect's role in project coordination and management
• Experience in managing junior assistant architects
• Knowledge of financial aspects of design projects
• Proficiency in software such as Revit, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
