Site Manager – Edinburgh

Residential House Builder

£55,000–£60,000 + Car Package + Bonus Scheme + Pension

I am currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team in the East of Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable developer with a strong pipeline of projects and a focus on delivering high-quality homes.

The Opportunity:

As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery of a new residential development – managing the site from start to finish and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. This role would suit someone with a solid background in private housing, excellent leadership skills, and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all on-site activity from groundwork through to final handovers
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring works are completed to programme, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Maintaining strong health and safety practices at all times
• Working closely with internal departments, external consultants, and local authorities
• Maintaining site records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• A full UK driving licence
