Commercial Valuations Surveyor

Are you a driven and experienced valuation professional ready to take your career to the next level? One of the industry's leading real estate advisory firms is looking for a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their dynamic Commercial Valuations team.

About the Role:

You’ll work with an elite group of clients across the commercial property sector, delivering high-quality valuation reports for purposes including secured lending, financial reporting, development appraisals, and portfolio valuations. This is a client-facing role with substantial responsibility and scope to grow.

The Job:

Deliver valuations for loan security, institutional reporting, and corporate purposes

Engage with fund managers, lenders, and key stakeholders to support valuation objectives

Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and contributing to business development

Produce detailed, well-supported valuation reports and market forecasts

Provide secured lending valuations and other bespoke assessments as required

Qualifications:

MRICS-qualified

Proven track record of producing accurate, well-supported valuations

Deep understanding of UK property markets and valuation methodologies

Strong communication, analytical and project management skills

A proactive, team-focused approach and ambition to progress rapidly
