️ Site Manager – External Wall Insulation (EWI)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Employment Type: Contract (4–6 months)

Rate: £260–£310 per day (DOE)

️ Start Date: Immediate

We’re hiring for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-profile External Wall Insulation (EWI) project in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected facades contractor known for delivering high-quality building envelope works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance across the site
• Conduct Quality Assurance checks and compile site progress reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

✅ Requirements:

• SMSTS certification (essential)
• Valid CSCS card (Black card preferred)
• Proven experience managing EWI and cladding projects
• Strong communication and site coordination skills
